Great place, easy access and relatively quiet, clean and a lovely garden

A really lovely place and there’s Absolutely Nothing bad about this place but a few suggestions from other apartments we have rated 9 or 10 had more amenities like shower gel, coffee etc provided and you didn’t have to take out rubbish or strip bed but as they allowed a one night stay this could be why to help with the change over!

Excellent accommodation in Dunkirk

Excellent accommodation in every possible way! Communication from the host was perfect, very thorough and detailed information. The apartment was everything that we needed and more than we hoped for. The price actually seemed a bit low for what it was for, particularly in comparison to a lot of the other places we have stayed at. Lovely apartment, very easy to locate and access out of hours. Really homely with personal touches. Can totally recommend. We will definitely be booking again as it's so handy for early departure from ferry terminals. We left an extra payment of 25€ for the cleaning lady. Although we cleaned up after ourselves I still felt that she deserved further reimbursement for her efforts. It was really apparent that she took a great deal of care and attention in her work.

Bathroom striplight did not work, or maybe we were just too stupid to locate the switch? Wasn't a real problem though as the lights over the mirror worked. The shower cubicle was rather dim due to lack of lighting.

Great propert, lovely outside space.

Very clean, great little outside space. Loved that it had a shower and a bath! Very easy place to stay. Very nice bakery just a few mins walk down the road.

Wasn’t anything as such we didn’t like, the kitchen could have benefited with a little more equipment but wouldn’t stop us coming again.

conforme au descriptif mais je n'y retournerais pas

Le logement est conforme au descriptif et le jardin était top pour nos chiens ! La literie est bonne.

La propreté est franchement à revoir ! Et le manque d'équipement est criant (pas même un tire-bouchon...). Beaucoup de rangements dans la cuisine mais tout est vide... . L'ilôt central est conforme à la description mais peu convivial comme table de salle à manger. Des meubles sont abimés dans la salle de bain. Le volet menant au jardin est vétuste.

5 nuits avec les petits dèj au soleil dans la véranda et vue sur les fleurs du jardin

Logement très agréable avec sa véranda et son jardin. Maison très calme, instructions sur comment accéder de façon autonome très claires, on a toujours trouvé de la place pour la voiture dans la rue juste devant la maison. Quartier avec plusieurs boulangeries et café/restau à proximité, plus un supermarché accessible à pied et en bus. D'ailleurs les bus sont 100% gratuits dans toute l'aglomération. Bref, le logement correspondait bien à ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris le fait d'être au rez-de-chaussée pour faciliter l'accès.

MANQUE DE PROPRETE, DOMMAGE.....

L'habitation et les équipements suffisants pour passer un court séjour

la propreté en général du logement laisse vraiment à désirer, principalement la poussière à l'intérieur des meubles de sdb, le coin véranda n'est certainement pas entretenu, ainsi que les extérieurs. Les résidus de dosettes à café sur le plan de cuisine. Le modèle de cafetière ne correspond pas au descriptif (c'est une SENSEO et non une TASSIMO comme indiquée dans le descriptif), odeurs de sueurs très désagréables sur le linge de lit et sur les oreillers qui n'ont certainement pas étaient changés. Manquaient également les petites serviettes de toilettes indiquées dans le descriptif (nous n'avions que deux grandes serviettes) Tout ceci laisse à penser que le ménage n'est pas fait après chaque départ des occupants (le linge de lit, c'est certain n'est pas changé). Enfin le diffuseur de parfum situé dans la cuisine, pour prendre ses repas, ce n'est pas très agréable... Enfin les sièges pour prendre le repas autour de l'ilot central, loin d'être confortable, vraiment pas pratique du tout.

Es war mal eine schöne Wohnung und kein Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Das einzige fenster im Schlafzimmer war mit einem schwarzen schimmeligen Teppich abgehangen im Wohnzimmer gab es kein fenster in der Küche gab es eine Terrassen tür die in einen schmutzigen Wintergarten führte und von dort aus in einen mit kot zugemacht Garten mussten eine Nacht bleiben sind den nächsten Tag weiter gereist

L appartement est grand. La petite véranda et le petit jardin est un vrai bonus. C est très calme.

La cafetière indiquée dans le descriptif n est pas celle du logement. Nous avons donc acheté les mauvaises capsules. Le jardin pas du tout entretenu c est dommage. Le ménage est très moyen.

Leider haben wir einen für die Jahreszeit ungewöhnlich kalten Tag und Abend erwischt und die Heizkörper wurden einfach nicht heiß.
