Great stay with parking outside the property

Only a few minor points that can easily be rectified... The shower head would be best located on the wall Spare bed settee bedding would have been better to be ready to use rather than us having to put the quilt cover and pillow cases on Small freezer compartment needs defrosting so this can be used - provide ice cube trays Wine glasses needed Curtain rails need adjusting so they do not fall off the wall when the window is opened Washing-up liquid supply needed The toilet needs some bleach left in overnight to remove stains

Not an inviting place to stay for more than one night

I like the little store just around the corner. I appreciated the free and nearby parking option. I liked that they made an effort to decorate the property and give it a homie touch. Also, the water pressure in the shower was great.

While I appreciated the little store just around the corner, the free and close parking, the effort to add a homely touch to the décor, and the strong water pressure in the shower, unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. One of the residents repeatedly parked a motorbike just a few meters from the apartment’s entrance door. Due to a significant gap—at least 2 cm—under the door and poor insulation, exhaust fumes from the vehicle entered the apartment. Since there is only one window that opens, the only real option in such situations is to leave the apartment entirely to avoid breathing in the fumes. Although the bathroom has a bathtub, it is in poor condition. The wooden elements are deteriorating, the insulation between the bathtub and tiles is unhygienic, and there are visible yellow stains on the ceiling, indicating previous water damage. The overall condition discourages any attempt at a relaxing bath. Sound insulation is practically nonexistent. The walls are thin, and you can hear every step and conversation from the hallway and upstairs neighbors. The kitchenware—including cutlery, plates, mugs, and even the electric kettle—required cleaning before use. There was also no hand soap provided in the bathroom, which felt like a basic oversight. Lighting control is another issue: one of the windows has no curtain at all, and even with the others closed, the bedroom remains very bright in the evening. I would strongly recommend bringing an eye mask if you're sensitive to light while sleeping.

L emplacement pour nous était top . appartement de plain pied. Les échanges avec les propriétaires plus que parfait ( on nous a proposé un rez de chaussée au lieu d un 2ème étage prévu initialement pour des personnes ayant des problème de dos et de jambes c était juste parfait

Les finitions sont à revoir car c est limite :courant d air de la porte , un clou qui dépasse d une latte c est très dangereux, du scotch qui retient on ne sait pas trop quoi , le joint de la baignoire mal fait , un dégât des eaux au plafond ...et le lit beaucoup mais beaucoup trop bas .

Appartement moderne, bien situé et bien desservi par les transports, mais très mal entretenu, mal équipé et inconfortabl

Le mobilier est moderne et l’appartement est bien situé, bien desservi par les transports.

L’entretien et le confort laissent fortement à désirer. À notre arrivée, le ménage n’était pas fait correctement : sol sale, set de table sale, poussière sur le sèche-serviettes et la télécommande, cheveux et poils dans la baignoire, toilettes avec des traces incrustées. Le canapé-lit n’était pas préparé alors que le message annonçait « lit fait (draps pour le canapé-lit) » : nous avons dû installer tous les draps nous-mêmes. Les oreillers sont plats, usés, avec une couleur jaunâtre peu hygiénique, et aucun oreiller supplémentaire n’était disponible. Équipement également insuffisant : pour 4 personnes nous n’avions même pas un rouleau complet de papier toilette, pas de savon pour les mains, pas de volets pour dormir et certains équipements vétustes qu’on a peur d’utiliser car ils risquent à tout moment de lâcher ( fenêtres, barre de rideaux etc.. ). La télévision ne fonctionne pas car le réseau est constamment en erreur. Niveau équipement vaisselle il manquerait de vraies mug pour prendre un vrai café.

Schoon en ruim appartement in een rustig wijkje. Duidelijke instructies van de eigenaar. Verder heb je alles wat een goed appartement te bieden heeft.

Douchekop moet je vast houden als je wilt douchen. S’avonds is het wat gehorig van de bovenburen. 10 uur uitchecken mag naar mijn mening wel verschuiven naar 11 uur.

A renover vraiment rapidement mais correct pour le prix

Le prix et l’emplacement , appartement sympathique mais mal entretenu malheureusement .

La propreté de l’appartement .. gros problème de wi-fi, il n’y en avait pas à l’arrivée. Problème partiellement résolu avec la boxe du voisin par l’intervention de la propriétaire. Mais pendant tout le séjour pas de télévision , beaucoup de toiles d’araignées. Les lustres étaient remplis de poussière, dans la machine à café Il y avait encore de l’eau défraîchie des anciens locataires. La bouilloire était rempli de calcaire, les fenêtres fermé mal. La tringle à rideau a failli tomber. La vaisselle était fendue, c’est vraiment un appartement à rafraîchir car il’a un joli potentiel . Dommage. Par contre propriétaire très sympathique et réactif , merci .
