We had a lovely stay with my two teenage kids. The location is great in the super pretty neighborhood of Malo les bains, very close to Malo beach (with plenty of restaurants) and with a bus connection to the city centre and train station (and the busses are free). The apartment is really adorable, totally renovated and decorated in midcentury style. Very functional too, all details have been thought of and the kitchen is well equipped. It was very clean too. Communication was fast and precise and we got all the information we needed.
