Very good but a pity about the noise outside which made sleeping difficult

The flat was on the ground floor and very close to the walkway outside where there was a lot of noise from people partying and drinking until 4 am !

Exceptional

This is a great apartment and good value too. Super close to the beach with bars/restaurants there. A couple of Boulengeries close by and a mini Carrefour shop with pretty much most things you'll need. The bus stop for the free local buses is just across the road. We went in November and most (but not all things) were open. The apartment was warm and had everything we needed. Clean too. A great base for exploring the area.

Very close to beach and restaurants. Harbour and town 20-25 mins. Lots of bars and shops in centre. Parking very easy and free.

No cups/mugs for tea. Had to buy some. Only small coffee cups. A music festival was on Saturday and Sunday. Apartment was closer to the main stage than I have been at concerts. Music ended at 2pm and then still noisy for an hour as people left the concert and mingled outside the apartment. Avoid this weekend

It was very good overall

The place is really close to the beach and the seaside of Dunquerque.

The house seems a bit old (No problem with this). When upstairs apartments are dumping the toilet, then you can hear it closely. Moreover, it is next to a street where people are singing/passing by car at night (Not a problem for me but somebody might not like it).

Brilliant location and excellent hosts, communication was brilliant throughout. C4 bus located over the road runs every 10 minutes into Dunkirk and is FREE, with the beach seconds down the road, parking is located at the leisure centre opposite and is also FREE.

The apartment is very spacious in every way And also very clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in every way!! I surely recommend this apartment.... In fact we booked it twice... On the beginning of the trip and on the end.... Says enough 🙂

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nos hôtes très dispos. L'emplacement à quelques mètres de la digue. Grand parking gratuit devant l'appartement. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Chouette ville à découvrir surtout avec des bus gratuits.

Dans la cuisine, une seule poêle de disponible avec un système de manche un peu douteux.

Top Lage. Parkplätze verfügbar. Empfehlenswert

Super Lage. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe. Grundsätzlich sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Bei nicht allzu hohen Ansprüchen auch wirklich empfehlenswert. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wären jedoch aus unserer Sicht verbesserungsfähig (siehe unten)

- zu wenig Toilettenpapier - nur 1 Handtuch pro Kopf, zusätzliche Handtücher am Waschbecken im Badezimmer wünschenswert - Heizung nicht steuerbar. Man muss Vermieter kontaktieren, damit dieser die Heizung aus der Ferne einstellt - Sideboard in der Küche nicht fest montiert. Wäre fast auf ein Kind gefallen - Nur Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben. Ein Doppelbett wäre wünschenswert - Spülmaschine wäre auch nice to have

Emplacement top ! En face du casino, à 20m d'une friterie et d'une pizzeria. Parking en face du logement. 5 minutes d'un tabac presse, d'une supérette et boulangerie. 100m de la plage 👍 Les hôtes sont disponibles et gentils.

Chambres avec lits individuels collés. Nous concernant, ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour 2 nuits..

Excellent Week End

Tout était conforme à la description du logement, qui s'est révélé très spacieux et confortable. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour participer aux bals du Carnaval qui ont lieu dans la salle du Kursaal, et plus largement pour profiter de la plage et des ses activités. L'appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et est correctement chauffé. Les hôtes nous attendaient sur place pour nous remettre les clés, ce qui est très pratique aussi, merci à Jean-Sébastien & Audrey !

La seule amélioration qui me vient à l'esprit serait de mettre à disposition des sachets de thé ou de café en un peu plus grande quantité.
