Good space. Secure entry. Quiet. Helpful instructions from host.

Cold - we were unable to turn the heating up more than 19 degrees and this was off while we were not in the property so it was cold, especially after returning from a cold/wet day. Not very clean - lots of dust, signs of some damp/mould in the wardrobe. Kitchen is relatively new but there was a jar of mould in the cupboard.

Very responsive owner, easy to reach to ask the questions. Easy to find. Location is good, not far from shops.

City center, a lot of young people coming to spend the time in the evening. But at the end everything finishes quite early. We had no issues with the noise.

Comfortable and spacious place with nice location

The apartment was really comfortable, spacious and clean. The location was pretty good too. The place was really safe too, since there were a lot of doors that could be locked. The supermarket and bakery were close by, which was also really nice.

It was very cold and the owners insisted on keeping the heating at 19 which was controlled by themselves this was not really acceptable for guests with the weather below zero. Otherwise everything was good

Unfortunately the noise level during the night was unbearable, even with closed windows and earplugs

the flat was very bright and clean. The location as far as shops and cafes go was ideal.

The communication with the host was not ideal. We had troubles reaching her. The pots have round bottoms, not ideal for cooking. The sofabed was not comfortable. The bed covers for all beds were for winter. We mentioned this to the host, but she did not have summer covers. We had terrible loud nights there as the night bar opposite our flat opened late and there was noise throughout the entire night. It would be useful to have an information booklet about how to use the tv, and a list of important telephone numbers in Dunkirk, for example for emergency calls.

Fin beliggenhed men ikke egnet til astmatikere

Beliggenhed var rigtig fint, nemt at komme til Odense at parkere. Der var rent og ryddelig i lejligheden. Udlejer var venlig og kommunikationen fin.

Der var desværre skimmel i hjørnerne i samtlige rum. Det var tydeligt at det var forsøgt at dæmpe på lugten med duftpinde. Vi har en astmatiker i familien, så det var godt at vi kun havde 2 overnatninger. Udlejer lukker for varmen mellem udlejninger, hvilket desværre kun medvirker til øget skimmel.

Kücheninventar wie im Zeltlager:wir haben eigenes Besteck gekauft. Schimmel im Bad. Wohnung umgeben von Bars und intensivem Nachtleben,mit entsprechendenm Lärmpegel:an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Leider war dies vorab nicht möglich abzuklären,da die Adresse erst nach der Buchung bekannt gegeben wurde.Auch die negativen Kommentare von anderen Gästen liessen sich erst nach der Buchung lesen.Warum eigentlich??? Ignorante und im Umgangsstil inkompetente Vermieterin.

Un séjour agréable en famille qui nous a permis de visiter Dunkerque et ses environs.

L’appartement est bien équipé, propre et clair. Il n’y manque rien. La literie est confortable.Il est bien situé, non loin du beffroi et de la place Jean Bart.

L’aspect extérieur n’est pas très accueillant mais, heureusement, l’appartement contraste agréablement avec cela.

Séjour agréable dans une ville calme et pressé de profiter de la terrasse de l'appartement.

Appartement 6 minutes du centre ville à pieds. La propreté du logement, très lumineux dans un quartier calme. Cuisine équipée, fer à repasser et table de repassage, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. L'établissement est à l'écoute et très réactif.
