A nightmare that ruined our three night stay! We also had a leak during the night from a boiler.

The host, promised that he would give me an partial refund for all the inconvenience caused to us during our stay at his property. He aggreed to this in front of my girlfriend. He said he would go away and make the calculation and get back to me, after 15 minutes. He never did! So I am not able to give any good comments about apartment 2 at this address. My advice is to stay at an alternative property. As the host likes to put all the blame on his guests for his mistakes. In order not to refund any partial payment to his guests for any inconvenience that he has caused!!!

We informed the host to come to the apartment on Wednesday 13th August, because I thought it was unacceptable that there was no shower doors and the water was spraying and leaking everywhere!

L appartement était sympa et les propriétaires mon répondus par messages aux questions que je leur ais poser je m excuse près d eux je n avais pas bien lu les infos donner par booking et je les remercies encore

L'odeur d'égout qui m'a un peu gâché mon séjour et le froid dans l'appartement à mon arrivée (ressenti -11° ce jour là alors, un appartement pas chauffé...)

C'est un bon rapport qualité prix.

L'appartement était très propre et plutôt bien équipé. Il est bien situé à proximité d'un arrêt de bus (très pratique car les transports en communs sont en plus gratuits à Dunkerque). Nous avons trouvé une place de voiture facilement devant l'immeuble.

Le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain.

Logement partiellement rénové. Beaucoup de choses à améliorer.

Terrasse en triste état, dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge. Jardin pas du tout entretenu. À proximité d'un hôpital ce qui inclut des passages de nuit par des ambulances. Mal isolé donc on entend énormément les voisins. Canapé lit en béton ce qui nous a obligé à acheter un matelas gonflable sur place. Nombre d'ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants. Mal situé, la plage et le centre commercial sont à 30 minutes de marche.

Beddengoed oogde vies, bed is vrij klein, als je wat lang bent is het oncomfortabel. De voordeur en appartementdeur lieten qua veiligheid te wensen over. Zou er niet niet langer blijven dan 1 nacht.

Aangename, rustige buurt in een gezellig appartement met alle voorzieningen.

Rustige buurt (extra rustig door geen doorgang door de wegeniswerken op het kruispunt aan de straat), aangename locatie met in de nabijheid, winkels, salon de thé, op wandelafstand.

De zetel was helemaal versleten en echt niet bruikbaar, jammer, heb ik gemist, een boek lezen in de zetel. Bij nader inzien had ik misschien toch liever dichter bij de zee gelogeerd. Onvoorziene wegenwerken in de buurt, jammer maar geen last gehad om te slapen.

Honnêtement, à l'arrivée, la porte d'entrée inquiète. Délabrée MAIS sécurisée. Après tout est nickel, super propre bonne senteur et l'appartement est super bien rénové, hyper clean. Très spacieux, super bien équipé. Quartier calme à 25 min du centre à pied, idem pour la plage. Parking aisé. Commerces à proximité. Resto en face bistronomique; boucherie top et le Château Loubry, établissement Carmin avec cadre superbe et excellente boulangerie et tout aussi excellent petit déjeuner. Restaurant de qualité à midi. Appartement top hyper bien situé, propreté exemplaire et ils acceptent les animaux. TopTopTop comme nous adorons Dunkerke, nous reviendrons! Mercii

la porte à rue fait peur, (mais bon aucun souci après) . Le grand pommeau de la douche ne fonctionne pas malgré, je vois, plusieurs remarques. Un détail car tout le reste est nickel. Je ne comprends pas le manque de réaction mais peut-être la lenteur des corps de métier. Quand je reviens à Dunkerque ; je reviens ici

Dommage

Nous nous sommes posés des questions lorsque nous avons vu l'état de la porte d'entrée et le manque d'entretien dans les parties communes. A notre arrivée au RDC télé très forte et odeur de "graillon"... A l'étage odeur de cigarette...Les marches pour accéder à l'étage ne sont pas profondes, il est préférable, si vous avez des bagages, de monter ou descendre "en biais" Dans l'appartement tout semblait bien au premier abord sauf que... Les travaux ont été effectués "à la va vite" et la propreté est toute relative...cf photos. Nous avons été accueilli avec un balai à franges qui trempait dans un seau d'eau et une éponge non essorée dans l'évier... L'aération de la salle est bouchée et le capteur incendie non installé, posé sur un meuble avec la pile dessus, pas de globe pour la lumière de la salle de bain et une trémie en bois non peinte, la peinture des fenêtres est écaillée ....Les interrupteurs, le sèche-cheveux, le bouton de la chasse d'eau des toilettes... ne sont pas nettoyés. Les sièges de bar sont tachés. Porte de l'appartement non phonique ce qui fait que vous entendez les voisins : samedi matin : réveil à 6h par des voix et des portes qui claquent. Par contre le lit est très confortable. Le matelas, les oreillers, le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette sont propres. Portes d'entrée principale et de l'appartement non sécuritaires : des simples clefs que l'ont peut refaire facilement. J'ai eu la propriétaire une fois en ligne , avant notre séjour, qui semblait très sympa. Du coup nous pensions pouvoir revenir... Mais non, la propreté n'étant pas au rdv. L'emplacement est top et il y a des places pour se garer facilement. J'ai d'autres photos à disposition si besoin.
