Nos gustó mucho la cocina y el salón, también la ubicación. El sofá cama era razonablemente cómodo.
Al lado hay un bar y fin de semana es muy ruidoso con conciertos en directo, especialmente difícil dormir en la habitación de los leopardos. Además no estaba demasiado limpio. Esa misma habitación tenía telarañas encima del cabecero de la cama. Las ventanas de arriba no cerraban bien y entraba el sol de madrugada lo que dificultaba el descanso.

No negatives really steps up to property were maybe difficult for someone elderly ( Like myself but there is a rail

Location is strategic. Clean. Good parking facility. Well equipped kitchen for cooking.
There was no information on heating mechanism. No information how to switch on the kitchen hood. Emergency help on weekends is not much help with the heating problem which resolved using ChatGPT
