Spend your days fishing, canoeing, or kayaking right from the property. Sip your morning coffee on the charming covered rocking chair porch, then embark on nearby adventures—bike the scenic trails of Mt. Nebo, hike breathtaking waterfalls at Mt. Petit Jean or stroll through the charming shops and restaurants of Russellville. Your lakeside vacation awaits!
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Lake Activities are at your own risk. Understand this is a lake and `lake creatures` are in there.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any major issues with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. Check-out is 10am
Swim and Boat at the lake at your own risk. Owner is not liable for any accidents.

The home felt very secure and parking was great! Acess to the lake was very close and convenient as well as access to groceries stores, gas, and restaurants! The host was very responsive when messaging and make check in and out very easy! I will definitely bookmark this vrbo for upcoming trips!
