About this house rental
It's super cozy, private, quiet, & the perfect get away. Located on 1.38 acres, this 3 bed/2 bath home is across the street from Petit Jean State Park and Lake Bailey. It's also walking distance to the Outpost, Coffeehouse, & very close to Visitors Center, campgrounds, & Museum of Automobiles. Gnomes are hidden throughout the grounds & makes for a fun search for the whole family and deer frequent the property in the evenings. Please note: The 2 bathrooms are in each bedroom suite. The "kids" room with the three twin beds must use the bathrooms in the suites. The security cameras are on the roof. One faces the highway, one faces the driveway and shed.

Our second family stay at Mammaw's did not disappoint. The location, amenities, and accommodations were just right for us. And our pups enjoyed it, too.

Loved this little house, right next to lots of trails for the park. Walking distance to the lake for fishing. Has a cute coffee shop and store walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

This house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The house was conveniently located near Petit Jean State Park, which was why we wanted to go to Arkansas. The house had above outdoor seating, a grill, fire pit, and the property was in a nice location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, some of the most comfortable we’ve slept on! Everything was exactly as described and we worked not hesitate to book this place again.
