You`ll love the inviting open floor plan Living Room, fully equipped Kitchen and Dining Area, perfect for relaxing. The large double sink Bathroom makes getting ready for your day easy. Outside, the spacious fenced-in backyard is a great bonus for families with children and pets.
When you`re ready to explore, there are plenty of options nearby. Adventure seekers can head to Mt. Petite Jean and Cedar Fall Trail for waterfall hiking, while those looking for a more leisurely day can visit the Automobile Museum or go to the Mystery Dinner Theater. Near Shopping, Restaurants and all the modern conveniences. Come and enjoy all that this charming home and historical area have to offer!
This heritage home offers 3 Bedroom with 2 comfortable King size beds and a Bunk Bed Room that is (Twin over Full size bed) perfect for Teen or kids to share.
The Open floor plan has a roomy Living Room with flat-screen TV and wifi made for a relaxing evening in; a fully equipped Kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, Full-size Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven and Stove; and a Dining area that seats 6 overlooking the spacious fenced in patio and backyard.
The clean and cute Bathroom has a double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Along with towels, hand soap, and a hair dryer.
The laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer, a time-saver especially for our longer stay guests.
Nestled in the heart of the Arkansas River Valley, you will find a city that is bursting with historic landmarks and natural beauty. Easily accessible from Interstate 40, at the base of gorgeous Petit Jean Mountain, it`s a place where small-town charm meets modern convenience. Many visitors to this friendly oasis have fallen in love with it and come back year after year. Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.

"This was a nice little house to stay while we visited Petit Jean State Park. The neighborhood is older but it was quiet and uneventful which was nice. Would stay here again."
