Featuring a luxurious Master Suite, spacious Kitchen, 2 grand Decks, cozy fireplace and just minutes from the Charming Restaurants and Shops in Russellville. If you're feeling adventurous, it's a short drive to Mt. Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, or Mt. Nebo; offering breathtaking waterfall hikes and invigorating Mt. Biking.
Welcome to Timothy's Timber Haven with it's luxurious 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (including a spacious Master Suite), Large well-appointed Kitchen, Formal Dining Room, Open Living
Room with Fireplace and Woodland views, and 2 spacious Decks.
Timothy's is the private and separate Upper level of Aidan's Manor with single level access. (No stairs to climb to be inside the unit or while in the unit.) Timothy's boasts 2300 sq. feet of charm and comfort for up to 12 guests.
*If you would like to accommodate even more guests, Aidan's Manor (both levels) can be rented out for a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 1 formal dining room, and 2 spacious Decks. (Total of 4200 sq ft. for up to 20 plus guests)
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet's are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.

We enjoyed the large front lawn for observing the Solar Eclipse Totality.
There were only 2 dishwasher pods and we needed more since we cooked and ate all our meals at the house... when we contacted owner they had more dropped off on the same day.
