We are tucked away, just under 2 miles down a dirt road, yet only an hour from Branson, MO. famous for it's many great activities and shows. As well as one hour in the opposite direction to Fayetteville, Rogers & Bentonville home to our famous Crystal Bridges Museum. And of course Eureka Springs is always a hit to visit.

We are pretty centralized in location about an hour or less from Shopping, nightlife, outdoor attraction and river enjoyment of all types. Canoe the Buffalo River. Enjoy scenic Jasper and Ponca, just 25 minutes away. We are located 3 miles off Hwy 21. Locally, we're just a couple miles from the Kings River, for hiking and fishing, and the Buffalo National River reception area is home to popular attractions like the Lost Valley Hiking Trail, the Boxley Valley Elk Herd, the Ponca Elk Education Center and the Upper Buffalo Mountain Biking Trails. Plenty to keep you busy in all directions. Or just enjoy the peace of being in the Ozarks with all our animals and us. Hope to see you soon!

Great spot! The road leading in was definitely a little rough but well worth it. Not only did the Hannah house accommodate our entire crew but had enough parking for trucks with trailers, as we pulled side by sides . The property had everything we needed and very clear instructions

We really enjoyed our stay at Hannah house. It allowed us a good central location to explore the area, like the Buffalo river and Branson, while having a comfortable place to stay and play games with the family. Only thing, is the long dirt road, if getting there at night for first time, makes you wonder if in the correct place, lol. But after first time going down the road, we started enjoying it as well. We started playing a game to see where they moved the horses and cows each day... and enjoyed seeing the random wild animals both on the road and around the property. Oh and if looking for a dark sky for a telescope. They have enough spots with a clear view of the night sky to setup a telescope. We got lots of good pictures of some far of nebulas and galaxies during our stay! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future!

14 of us ranging from teens to adults stayed for 4 nights for our annual sxs trip. We rode at Buffalo wilderness rider which is about 20 mins away but we hauled our trailers and rides there since it was mostly highway miles. This house has soooo much space!! It’s even bigger in person than in the pictures and there is plenty of bed space for everyone! The living room and kitchen are large and wide open. The outdoor space was great as well. Plenty of seating for everyone and a fire pit that was nice to unwind around in the evening ☺️ We would definitely stay here again.

We love the fire pit and the sleeping arrangements were great. The whole family loves the area and can’t wait to come back. I hope everything was left as it should have been because I had to leave early because of an emergency at home. Looking forward to coming back! Great location and accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hannah’s house. The location was fabulous. I was concerned about the dirt road after reading the reviews, but it was actually very well kept. The directions to the house were great. We were close to so many things. We enjoyed Devils Den state park, the Buffalo River Steel Creek Campground, and the Lost Valley Trail. That area is so gorgeous. Because it had rained, we saw lots of waterfalls. Hannah‘s house was exactly us pictured very clean & very spacious with lots of little areas to congregate. Loved our stay there and will definitely will return.

The spacious cabin was a great choice for our group of 10 & pets. The property was expansive & awesome, the kids loved the animals, especially the very friendly donkey. Although secluded, the location is a great launching spot for excursions to Branson, Silver Dollar City, Eureka Springs, Jasper, Buffalo River, Ponca, the Elk in Lost Valley etc. Would definitely recommend!

It was large enough for oor family and there was room to park our trucks and trailers. I was worried the 1st time we went down the rd to get to the house, its narrow, and long but after that it was ok

The place has amazing views and we loved going down and visiting with the horses. The house is secluded with nature all around. The road to the house isn't the best but we managed. The only thing that was bad about the house was the beds. All the rooms except 1 was a double mattress which were very uncomfortable. If it were me I would update mattresses to queen beds and also get a new king size mattress in the other bedroom. Other than the beds we had a great stay and was able to travel all over the place because everything we did was within an hour to the house.

Absolutely amazing property. Our family sat outside every night and watched the magical skies filled with fire flies, constellations and chirping cicadas and crickets. It was such a peaceful place. The kitchen had everything we needed to create culinary goodness every night. The linens were great. The master king size bed was so firm and comfortable. Everyone had space& privacy when needed. I think the secondary beds may have lacked some firmness ( if being shared by a couple) fine for the singles.. but other than that the place was everything we could have hoped for and more. Close to hiking and rivers and soul quenching outdoor goodness. The owners were easy to contact! We had no problems at all. We would love to come back again!

We rented the house with plans to ride to a local off road park. It was around 20 minutes away from Wilderness Buffalo Ranch. The scenery was amazing. The next day we decided to ride to Mill Creek. It’s around 1 hour on paved roads. We never had any issues with riding on the roads. The house was huge with plenty of space for our trucks and trailers. It was clean and came with everything that we needed including silverware, cookware, a grill, pots and pans, and all linens. Couldn’t ask for more. We will be going back.

This house is definitely set up for tons of guests. Everything is marked and has a place which is really nice. The living room is very open with lots of seating! The rooms are very basic, but comfortable. If you’re looking for clean, inviting and a lot of space both inside and out, this is a great location!!

This property was perfect for our annual youth retreat. We had 10 people total and it was so spacious. They provided everything we could have needed. Plenty of sleeping space, blankets, pillows, toiletries, dishes and utensils. I hope to stay again in the future!

Thoroughly enjoyed this spacious barndominium for a small family gathering of 11 people. Kitchen has 2 tables and allowed us to prepare food as well as play board games. Propane grill under the porch and the nearby fire pit were very accommodating for food, smores and reminiscing stories. The bugs around the house are minimal, but the tics in the woods are not for the faint of heart. The 4 beds in the long hallway may need updated, but are overall stay was fantastic.

We visited Hannah House with close family and friends. The house is in a remote location some two miles off of the highway. However, it’s centrally located in relation to all of the Northern AR/Southern MO cities and attractions. We visited Springfield one day, Eureka Springs another day, and Branson on the last day. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and clean. A lot of house for the money! It’s great for small groups. One master bedroom located off of the kitchen and four smaller rooms (no closets) side-by-side down one hallway. It was perfect for us! Julianne was responsive and accommodating. A little tricky getting in the first time but Google Maps will take you straight there. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay, house was very clean, area was beautiful. Perfect for our work trip. Made a short trip late afternoon to Boxley, saw several large bull elk and a field of female elk. Most beautiful area in Arkansas in my opinion.
