Welcome to the Lake House, located in sought-after Delaware Bay on Lake Dardanelle. This tranquil newly renovated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath sleeps 10 and includes all the modern amenities for a romantic weekend or a fun Family gathering. Spend the day Fishing, Swimming, and Kayaking right outside the door; Witness breathtaking Sunsets or sparkling Sunrises on our spacious deck. Mt. Bike at Mt. Nebo; Hike Waterfalls at Mt. Petit Jean or enjoy the charming shops and restaurants in Russellville.
Discover the newly renovated Lakehouse featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a modern kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with 60 inch Smart TV.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a charming sitting area, French doors opening to the deck with a scenic lake view, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a closet, while the third bedroom is perfect for children and teens with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds accommodating up to 6. There are 2 additional couches in the living that can be slept on for extra guests. (They are not pull-outs- but extra sheets and blankets are provided.)
Enjoy the large second bathroom with a bath/tub combo with plenty of room for more than one person to get ready for the day on a busy morning.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, from dishes to pots and pans, glassware, and utensils. It also features a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, drip coffee machine, Keurig Single Cup, toaster, and elegant stone countertops.
The dining area comfortably seats 6, and for added convenience, there`s a washer and dryer available.

If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. Check-out is 10am
