OZARK FOOTHILLS COUNTRY HOME
Enjoy peace and quiet in this freshly remodeled 3 bedroom home. Located “out in the country” yet just 20 minutes from Clarksville, the University of the Ozarks and Walmart, it offers the best of both worlds. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to adventure – within 20 minutes, you’ll find the Ozark National Forest, Lake Ludwig (with swimming, boating, and top-notch mountain biking on the Red Lick trails), Piney Bay, Little Piney Creek, and Long Pool Recreation Area. For even more to explore, Mount Nebo and Lake Dardanelle State Parks are under an hour away; Mount Magazine State Park is just 75 minutes down the road.
The home has three bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin over full bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms, plus the kitchen. We have two living rooms, each with a 65" smart TV. There is an enclosed back porch with ping pong and foosball. Also plenty of outside space, with front and back patios. You can just sit and enjoy the countryside or use the BBQ grill. (Please note that the Univ. of the Ozarks is only 21 minutes away; the time that VRBO has listed is not correct).
The owners are nearby for any assistance needed. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed; see details.

The house was extremely nice it was clean and even though it is way in country and cell signal was sketchy the WiFi was awesome. The views were awesome. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would love to stay there again.

Felt like home away from home. We brought bikes and the children enjoyed ride around the yard and driveway. I enjoyed the quick patios. We also loved the games. Thanks for making our work trip more enjoyable.

Great location! Very quiet and peaceful. The home is nicely furnished and was very clean. This is a very family friendly place and the owners were great to work with!
