Elis Woodland Escape

Very comfortable and spacious. Loved the linen sheets! Amber and Michael allowed me to extend my stay due to the winterstorm.

I discovered this gem to hide away during the winter storm 2026. The snow/ice mixture and the steep driveway was a bit treacherous. No snow shovels, but in hindsight, not sure that would have helped.

The location and the peace..the cleaning crew is amazing very nice people. I have stayed in 2 of Michael properties so far not a lot of issues and the ones that were had are addressed

Just had issues with the tv’s and a few little things that were addressed by Michael and Amber the host

Was in a good location and was decent price

The listing says the entire place is yours. This is a misrepresentation. Only the lower level is yours and you don’t know that until you book and get email confirmation. There is a connecting staircase from the up and downstairs and was supposed to be locked. Upon our arrival both doors were unlocked that were supposed to be locked. Cleaning crew was supposed to show up to lock both doors but never did. Never seen another guest so maybe that’s why but it would have been very bad if guest were there because the doors were wide open.
