We liked the size and location of the property. It was well equipped with everything needed for a stay there for two people. The parking was great, so important as parking in the town can be difficult. A great garden to the rear.
The heating system as mentioned in other reviews is quirky, fine when you understand it, an explanatory page in the information pack would be very useful, it would prevent the one cold day we had.
There isn't any internet, not essential for us but other people might miss it.

Great location and quiet.
Lovely stream next to cottage.
Big rear garden for dog to exercise.
All basic amenities good.
10mins walk to centre.
No WiFi.
Could do with a bit of modernisation.
Heating took a while to figure out.
Hump back bridge a bit tricky to negotiate in dark and traffic rather hazardous.
