Very spacious ideal for a family of 4 , fantastic that parking was provided and also free parking at various car parks.

Good location. Very clean and homely

There appeared to be a water leak which we reported. There weee only 2 big & 2 small towels on arrival. More were delivered later in our stay.

Very clean, open plan space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the things we needed.

Extremely poor ventilation meant that upstairs was unbearably hot resulting in two very poor nights of sleep. Can’t open the windows because the traffic noise was bad enough with it closed. The window next to the bed in the front room doesn’t have any frosting to block the view of people passing. Couldn’t get properly cold water through the shower. Balcony at the back completely overlooked. Parking was an issue because of the cycling event. We were quite stressed until we realised we could stay in the NHS car park over the weekend and put in a donation which wasn’t mentioned in the folder. It’s the first place I’ve stayed at in a long time not to have soap, enough toilet roll or any milk/bread/biscuits etc as a welcome to the cottage.
