Lovely home

The cottage over all was lovely. Lovely rooms, very comfortable. Fantastic location, so close to the town, the facilities were great too !

One of the reasons we chose this cottage was because of the parking permit and unfortunately we didn't have one. Which meant parking was a struggle each day.

Superb

The property is situated in middle of the Ambelside. So it's very approachable to other places in lake district. Also, markets, pubs were near by. The house is aptly clean and has all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Home away from home!!

It was a wonderful place to stay and very convenient for access to the village and to hill walks.

The location was superb. The house was self catering so there was no need for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there.

The bed in the main bedroom was small.

Location was excellent with 2 pubs within 1 minute walk. Cottage was spotless

The outside sensors did not appear to be working so it was a bit difficult to see the steps in the dark

Bon choix pour la visite de la région.

Le hôte avait mis à disposition le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Il y avait une carte pour le parking à proximité, très utile. Dossier avec informations pour la région. DVD pour les enfants. Vue depuis la chambre.

Connexion qui ne fonctionnait presque pas: c'est difficile de nous organiser quand on vient depuis l'étranger. Le chauffage au salon était réglé en peu bas.
