The apartment is in a fantastic spot, central to everything. The communication is great and are on hand if you go ave any queries. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks which was a lovely touch.
There was nothing we didn't like, it can get a little noisy at night, but that is to be expected as it is central, however there are complimentary earplugs for you. However, we did not feel the need to use these.

Fede and Luca are super friendly and nice! The earbuds are definitely a plus. 😊The flat is in a great condition and with a lot of good amenities. The location is great! Right in the city center and walkable to everywhere in the old city.

Right in the city centre, short walk to luggage storage. Modern comfortable apartment.
Could be a little noisey with delivery vehicles early morning.

Location was brilliant.
Place was very tidy.
Comfortable.
Lovely host, quick to reply.
Easy to find with video provided by host.
And secure.
Location was great, but more soundproofing is needed, at 10pm on the night we stayed (2 Adults 2 children) a food truck sat right outside our window, with very loud revellers buying food from there for what felt like all night (I now see why the hosts provides earplugs, which were pretty useless)
The en suite toilet had some kind of leak, and was keeping us awake as well, it's more style over comfort in the living area, as the sofa is very uncomfortable, and isn't a sofa bed which you'd expect.
