Almost everything.
-Nice location
-Comfortable place to stay at
-Having a balcony you can open and feel just like you’re at home
-Living room with Netflix and Youtube
-Having a kitchen and a fridge was very helpful for a few days stay which was what I am really looking for
I have some in mind but to be honest what I will put didn’t really affected much how we loved our stay here
-Noise but quite understandable because of the location in the city centre
-Maybe an electric fan would be a big help during this kind of season (Summer)
-Kitchen towel and cooking oil on the kitchen would be a lovely touch :)
But overall, really love the property and if we visit York again, will definitely book this property again.

Location was perfect
The fact that the lounge seating area was very basic and uncomfortable!!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cleanliness and the spacious layout. The instruction booklet was clear and very helpful throughout our visit.
The only drawback was the noise outside at night, as the property is located right in a lively commercial area with nearby pubs. It can get quite loud late into the night (around 1–4 AM), with people out celebrating. That said, it’s understandable given the central location in York, and the earplugs provided by the hosts were a thoughtful touch and definitely helped.
