Culfin Cottage

Location - views were amazing, plenty of activities to do in the surrounding areas The cottage itself was modern, clean, homely with all the amenities that you would need. Perfect for the dog too as you can close the gate to ensure your dog can run around outside safely. We also had a toddler with us so bungalow style was ideal for us. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and very helpful!!

There was nothing not to like !

The cottage itself is set inside the grounds of a family home but with its own enclosure so if you have a dog, you are able to keep your own gates closed. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and extremely inviting and cosy. Other little touches, such as leaving a loaf of locally produced wheaten, honey and Irish butter, just added to the warmth of the home. There are a range of other helpful utilities such as excellent wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as an outdoor shower area for those who wish to frequent the local beaches. The hosts were extremely friendly and available to answer questions and make recommendations. There is a small beach a short walk down the lane and a much bigger, beautiful, sandy beach about a 15 min walk away. The area is extremely rural, scenic and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. We had 3 days of relaxation, beach walks and plenty of sleep in very comfortable beds, which is what we had hoped for. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Gorgeous modern Cottage with everything you need. Perfect for couple of nights for activity based holiday. Loved the books on local area for reading

It is off the beaten track for driving late at night The checkout time of 10am in unusually early Probably could do with microwave but it is already very well equipped

This well appointed and nicely decorated cottage has the most beautiful location. The views are spectacular and Glassilaun beach is a 15 min walk away. It is perfect for a couple and 2 children. The fact that we fould bring our dog was a big plus too

A small point but the beds in the twin are not really adult size but would suit children.
