Very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, great for a group. It was all we could find in the area, so we appreciated having it.
That said, a few things could use attention: heaters weren't working in some rooms, and some towels had seen better days. With a bit of maintenance, this would be a solid spot. Would definitely stay again.

Location and rustic feel. Loved the animals also
The property was great. The only thing I would change is maybe provide tea, coffee, condiments for guests when they arrive

the location, the farm access, plenty of beds and clean towels
no hot water as we couldn’t handle the heat being turned on to facilitate that. The couches in particular are very comfy but need a small freshen up

Great location walkable to town.
No shampoo or soap in the shower. Fortunately my friend had shampoo.
