Proximity to bicycle hire and greenway. Proximity to Mulranny and beach walk.
Beds very comfortable.
Downstairs shower water took an age to get warm and never seemed to be hot. However upstairs was an electric shower and was fine.
Cupboards too full of miscellaneous crockery some with chips,
Freezer needed attention- a good wipe out !
Typed fresh notes would be more welcoming rather that hand written notes blue tacked to wall

Hosts were very responsive
Property could do with a bit of modernisation.
TV didn't work properly (only a few channels). Host was very good and came to look at it but was unable to fix it. TV also had lines across the top of the screen where it had been damaged.
You have to purchase swim hats in order to use the hotel pool (would have been helpful to know that)
Location is very overlooked by the cycle shop and people walking on the footpath right next to the house.
Some of the dining chairs were a bit wobbly to sit on.
