Manque de communication direct pour résoudre les difficultés de transmission de clé. Il a fallu passer par le service client de booking pour avoir des nouvelles (très bien, d'ailleurs). Après 2h d'attente, vers 21h après une journée de travail, je me suis finalement orienté vers un hôtel voisin et j'ai demandé l'annulation. Le remboursement a bien été effectué et j'ai eu les excuses de l'établissement. Une boîte à clé éviterait ce genre de mésaventure.
