Lovely stay in a beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful location with everything we needed.
There was lots of room for a family (which included four adult children and their own families) to spread out and enjoy the facilities.
The beds are a little hard, but still comfortable.
Take short showers - the water is a little limited, but that is perfectly understandable in a rural location like this and it didn’t spoil our stay.

Peace and quiet. What a special place. Beautiful accommodation, from a converted barn, felt like a very modern home, with all creature comforts. The house is on a working farm, with the owners in close proximity, but the property is very private and not overlooked. The garden in front of the property has a wonderful vista across sloping fields down to the babbling River Mole. The property is about 5-6 mins by car into South Molton, for supermarket etc and is a great base for exploring the region. John and Judith are very gracious hosts and I hope to use this accommodation again.
I have struggled to think of anything I would fault.
