Great Hosts. Very Informative and great comunication

House was nice with a very good range of items / facilities. Hosts very helpful when we lost our dogs toy ! Fresh flowers and bath products a nice touch. Hot tub was great and was attended to for a check during our stay.

We did find the water temperature extremely hot which meant we had to be a careful washing up etc. Non slip mats in all showers should be provided, surfaces in these were very slippery. BBQ was actually a Fire Pit which wasn't made clear. On facilities BBQ is listed. Cleanliness - all bathrooms good, kitchen could have done with a deep clean some surfaces just needed extra. Dish washer filter was not clean and hoover smelt pretty bad. Bed in pink bedroom rather creaky though other beds were excellent. Front Entrance and area to the property entrance could be made nicer.

Nothing really. The cobbled courtyard was a bit tricky for our motorbikes, but we managed. There was enough parking space for 4 motorbikes.

The house is lovely and a great space for a family get together. Facilities (bathrooms and kitchen) are high quality, bedrooms tidy, spacious and nicely decorated. Hot-tub was a hit, particularly with our two boys, as was the Wii and selection of games (so often find these devices don't actually work when you get there, but it was in great condition). Lovely countryside. Decent pubs a short drive away (didn't try the ones in the village so cant comment on those - but the Indian takeaway we had the night before we left was decent!). Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Katie in person whilst we were there, but she was just at the end of the phone and was very accommodating.
