The apartment is beautiful home steps away from the ocean. Perfect for gatherings. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:

— 2 bedrooms and a living room.
— 2 bathrooms
— Separate living room with TV
— Whole house has Wi-Fi throughout.
— Pool is open-air and OCEAN ACCESS is steps away
— ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet, and its own bathroom.
— ROOM 2: Second Bedroom has 2 double beds and a large closet.
— Living room: Living room with sofa bed
THE KITCHEN:
Place for family head who love to cook up a storm. So we make sure to have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal!
Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:
— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.
— Regular oven.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups, and more.
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 6 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— Coffee machine and kettle. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the balcony (a family favorite).
— Full-sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes a roll of paper towel, sponge, and various kitchen utensils.

20-25 minutes to downtown Miami.
25-30 minutes to South Beach.

All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy of their ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests. Maximum apartment occupancy is 6 guests.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, convenience store, coffee shop, business center, meeting room.
Other Things to Note:
-From listed under beach essentials we do provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but not beach towels
-From listed under cooking essentials we do provide cooking basic, but not oil, pepper, salt
We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $60 for 12 PM or $100 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:
- Bedding and towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper
towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.
-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate
* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.
