I stayed because I had no other choice once I checked in and it was only for 2 days.

Location was really good

It was old and outdated. The rooms were not good. Old Furniture looked like something out of the 80s. The bathrooms were even missing light bulbs and it smelled like mold. No restaurant only one fast food place. It took 30 min on average to get your car. Overall really poor facility.

I waited in line to be checked in for 40 min. One person working the counter. Once checked in, I was assigned a room that had been occupied by a family who had a baby crib in the room.

Never again - Hotel long past it's glory days

Avoid this hotel. Built in 1967, the last major renovation, according to the hotel website, was in 1994 when it was converted into a condominium hotel. Ramada took it over in 1999 and it appears that nothing has been done since. It is in disrepair and extremely outdated. There is a cold spell here now - 60 degrees outside, will be much colder next week, but no heat in rooms. According to the manager,". we don't offer heat". Apparently it is viewed as an amenity. AC is loud and blows out of one vent. Bathroom is a disaster - paint in bathtub, shelves all missing in medicine cabinet, wood vanity chipped and water damaged, hot water unreliable. Kitchenette has unclean and ancient appliances. Door into next room painted shut to blend in with wall (hinges and all) and partially covered by headboard. Apparently it was too much work and expense to actually take out the door, fix the wall and repaint. Furniture is old, chipped, stained, and dirty. Customer service is not a priority nor is any housekeeping service. When contacted to ask why the room has not been serviced, the response was "it's only 3 o'clock". An hour later someone came to take out trash and provide towels. Ice is not available in all machines. Front office staff sent us to multiple floors for ice. Making the reservation was problematic from the start. Phone calls, from me and Booking.com representative not answered and email inquiry still unanswered. Final straw, we had to wait more than 30 minutes to speak with a manager. -

Had children’s pool. Had 2 Jewish synagogues which I went to. Aventura mall was close. Family lives close by. Beautiful views

Can be upgraded with new kitchen appliances. My oven was very old even though it worked. Fridge refrigerator had to be replaced in one of the rooms which they did in a few hours.

The property is extremely outdated. Major upgrades are needed, especially in the bathroom. The bathtub/shower kept flooding. The water stayed in the tub for far too long. The eating table in the room was extremely old and unstable.

Beautiful ocean view, comfortable room, large balcony and room included kitchenette with pans, cups, dishes etc.

Alot of construction happening on lower lobby and 10th floor. Not sure about other floors but woken up by saws and hammers was not fun. Room didn’t have dish soap or sponge to wash dishes. We thought that beach chairs were included with resort fees on the beach but was mistaken. You have to rent umbrellas and beach chairs separately for $40 up until 6pm.

Check in was exactly at 4.. you could only use valet which was not mentioned when booking for additional 30$ so everytjme we had to come and go we had to wait for our car 15-20 mins and this am we were laying down and i was getting out of the shower and in a towel and someone walked in our room. opened the door and just came in! i told the front desk! i’m very upset about this!!!it was at 830 845 not even check out time yet

The view was about it.

The dining table needs refinished or replaced. The bathroom walls were literally peeling every where, The beds are uncomfortable and pillows suck. There is only 1 working elevator out of 3 and its slow! I wouldn't ever stay here again!

The room was comfortable, the only thing was the floor was very slippery from suntan oil or spray and shower and the bathroom was the same about being slippery. The beach look beautiful and was good. The pool was good but the personnel was little bit picky with our kids going without us and that they needed to wear a shirt or t-shirt and that they couldn't show up without us present. Our kids our 15 years old and to go to the pool with a shirt is little crazy, "It's a pool". The location was very good close to everything.

I did not like that they cleaned the room to the eye level, but didn't clean the floor that was very slippery with suntan oil in the room and bathroom.

We really liked that the hotel was on the beach. We liked the pizza restaurant in the basement.

The pictures online are not accurate. It is much more run down. You had to check in to go to the pool. You had to use a valet to park. The elevators took forever and opened on each floor even if no one was there. The pool bar advertised drinks they didn't have. The room was old and musty. The shower got the whole bathroom floor wet. It felt as if they were trying to gold plate a dog turd.

(Booking.com resolved it professionally.) *Paid for“ocean front view” room: • First day, gave me partial view without balcony. • Then moved to a room where the view was blocked by other buildings. When you pay for ocean front, you expect a full, unobstructed view — not just a slice of the ocean.

Disliked · The stay was a challenge for 10 days I have respiratory disease and the rooms were dirty, sticky floor and smelled of mold with visible patches of mold. Most personal were very in polite and always try to justify the problem, the valet parking that charge me $300.00 per ten night was a disaster when call to request my car no buddy answer the phone. Honestly this the worst hotel stay in my life. If you want prove of my words I can send pictures and videos. the money that you charge me is very disproportional with the quality this hotel this is fraud

Valet parking sucks.Paid $60 for 3 days and in order to get my car I had to call 30 minutes in advance.Coming back to the hotel had to wait in my car 15 to 25 minutes for valet.So they park the car in a parking garage across the street and you don't have access to your car.VALET PARKING SUCKS BIG TIME When it rains and it did rain on Saturday the lobby door area floor gets all wet.It becomes a slip hazard.Waiting for an elevator form the 8th to the lobby is a nightmare.The wait can become too long.I will no come back and I don't recommend anybody to stay here neither.Terrible experience.

Nice place-Joey in concierge was the best!!

We arrived the morning after a cruise & regular check in is not until 4:00. Joey in concierge services took our information & made sure we got the first rooms available. We were in our rooms by 10:30!!

There were a couple of things in the room that needed updating, but they were remodeling & I’m sure these things will be part of that.

it was easy to get to, right on the ocean, and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance

at check in time around 4pm the valet was overwhelmed with the amount of cars coming and going. it was kind of stressful other times of the day the valet was easily accessible

The stay was a bit uncomfortable

The property was a bit dirty , the roof was leaking however the staff was nice . The pool is located to the ground floor or lower level they don’t allow you to go back to your room with your towel .. so hence forth people will have to walk wet back to their room . Or change your clothes in the gym down stairs.

The elevator was a bit shaky , theirs no security at the front door , any one can walk in and out and the roof was leaking.
