I like the hotel itself, but I will not book this room again.
The hotel itself was wonderful, with a very nice outside area, located right on the oceanfront. There were kids’ rooms, and everything was great. I really liked that the room was spacious.
The only downside was an additional charge of $135, up to 2 people for using all the features. I didn’t like that there was no cleaning service in the room and the towels were not changed. Even though we were informed about this in advance, it still affects the vacation experience. I also didn’t like that no shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel were provided. Additionally, I noticed that the mattress cover under the sheet had someone’s blood on it, and the sheet itself was dirty with strange stains. I didn’t like that there was no bath mat in the shower — it was extremely slippery and the floor was very cold. There was also no tea or coffee provided, although when I asked the owner, he did bring some.
