The property was in a good location, just outside town. The location was nice and quiet. We were there when it was 30 degrees all week, and the apartment was actually quite cool. We did bring our own fans to assist though. Beds were super comfy, shower nice and powerful. Nice to have a full size under counter fridge and freezer... very handy. Felt like one of those properties you could move straight into. Sofa was a tad small for 2 friends to lounge on and watch a film, without encrouching into personal space, but not a problem when only spending a week there. Under the sofa needed a clean.. ( we dropped a piece of jigsaw.. wasn't checking for cleanliness on purpose). The rest of the apartment was fine. No complaints and would stay again.

I had to pay £100 damage insurance before the keys were released. Thats fine... but there were a few damages already at the property, which i don't know if they were already noted prior to our arrival. It would be good to know that you already know about certain items that are damaged and advise to the new customer first... i dont want the owner thinking we were responsible for existing damage and not returning my deposit.
