Not a bad location if you need to Grab a train into brum,

Pretty much everything, parking is chargeable even if book an apartment, dirty rooms they are not cleaned properly, dirty knickers, fag butts and empty rizla packets in the first room, second room dirty cooking stuff no heating given an electric radiator, that was broken and had a plug taped on the wire very badly and would get very hot, given another which was also broken, Piles of rubbish and mattresses and furniture out side the main door, leaking roofs all ceilings are ruined, its a shame a few quid here and there could be decent, on top it off opened a draw and found cocaine on plate lined up ready to be snorted,

I booked short notice when prebooked property was not available. Wouldnt book again

Was not given access to Door key even though completed the per-requisites prior to arrival. Was left standing at doorway of apartment having to call the host to be granted permission to access.

No security as building doors fully open with no reception staff. People in entrance way and carpark smoking whi knows what. Very cold in property... heating did not work and had no hot water Noisy neighbours and hallways throught the evening and night... sounded like people were arguing in hallways Shower was freezing cold so had to contact host who advised to check and turn on boiler or contact reception... which i did but still no hot water after few hours, and no body at the reception to assist. In the end gave up

Good for money, communication only on message via booking.com

The space was large and comfortable, which made it feel relaxing rather than cramped. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was also spacious. I really liked that the apartment had a TV with Netflix, which was a nice bonus during downtime. Overall, the apartment felt well set up and comfortable to stay in as the bed was huge.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay. There is no front desk, and when we arrived, no one answered the phone number provided, which made check-in stressful. We were initially booked into a room that was already occupied, which seemed to be due to a miscommunication. A cleaner who was on the floor tried to help, but our booking couldn’t be found at first. After I showed the booking confirmation, they were able to locate it on the system and move us to another room. The second room had a slight smell, possibly because the windows had been closed for a while. The bathroom fan did not extract steam properly, and the towel rail was extremely hot. We also tried using the underfloor heating, but it did not work in the bedroom. Overall, the lack of communication and maintenance issues affected the stay.

Additional cost for parking of £300 for a 2 nights stay

It appears the property is working with Ocean parking to extort guests in my opinion as there's no reception to inform and warn guests that parking is not free for guests. Ocean parking is enforcing a £300 fine for a 2 nights stay in the property and the managers are totally fine with this disgraceful situation.

Wouldn’t go back

It’s big

The staff were rude and didn’t help. They made us feel unwelcome, apartment was not clean, bed had stains on it, the furniture had stains on it and hairs and food, and there were a lot of things broken around the property and mouldy, the kettle also had mould in it.

Horrible

Worst place I have ever stayed in my life beds were full of beds bugs I got bitten all over my body Would not book it again for the life of me. Only reason I am leaving the review they refused to refund me . I had to leave the property 5 am to go find another place to stay which I won’t check in till 3 pm what a horrible experience.

AWFUL DO NOT BOOK

The location was good. However no parking so have to park in the road. People that are staying there should at least get a permit.

Everything, the first night the host was extremely rude all because we were having trouble accessing the property. You have to download an app onto your phone to use the key. Not everyone is good with technology and especially after a long flight from America. Rooms were very basic nothing what is looks like in the pictures. Blood stains on bed sheets. All sorts of people coming in and out if the building, didn't feel safe! The best thing was the shower.

Clean, comfortable and great value

Very straight forward process, clean and comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s close enough to get to Birmingham city centre within about 10-15 minutes, but not so close that it ends up chaotic or over priced. McDonalds just down the road too.

It’s next to a recycling centre so there was a slight odour from that, but nothing a dash of spray doesn’t sort. Considering the price and how nice it was, this wasn’t an issue at all.

It’s not clean. Also I book for 3 people and there is only double bed.when I contact them they told me that you can use sofas with the duvet , the duvet were horrible with no cover.

Thank you for hosting our big family .

We booked 4 apartments, they were all so nice and tidy , liked that we had kitchen facilities and where able to use the plates and mugs to make nice cup of teas. The bed was so comfortable, the one I took myself was so spacious,the bathroom was so nice with beautiful big mirror and good lighting. The WiFi was so good as well. Thank you to our host Azadeh I had a problem with my phone gave her call and she shorted all the keys so quickly I will definitely be staying here again .

L'appartamento era circa caldo e il bagno era carino

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo appartamento è stata fortemente negativa, principalmente a causa delle gravissime carenze nella pulizia, che riteniamo inaccettabili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato asciugamani, materassi e tappeti macchiati, dando una sensazione generale di scarsa igiene. La pulizia complessiva è stata pessima e non all’altezza di uno standard minimo per accogliere degli ospiti, soprattutto considerando il prezzo richiesto. Questo aspetto ha inciso in modo determinante e negativo sull’intero soggiorno. Lo stato di manutenzione dell’appartamento era mediocre e il comfort generale solo sufficiente. Alcuni servizi funzionavano correttamente, come il bagno, mentre altri erano nella media. Un ulteriore problema importante riguarda l’organizzazione dei servizi: a fronte di 4 ospiti regolarmente segnalati, ci sono stati forniti solo 2 asciugamani, creando un disagio evitabile e dimostrando scarsa attenzione alle esigenze basilari degli ospiti. (Successivamente Azadeh, il guest, ci ha fornito quello che mancava ma è servito un sollecito) La posizione non è risultata particolarmente comoda e il contesto circostante non ci ha convinti. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata difficile, anche se la gestione dei problemi, una volta segnalati, è stata discretamente rapida.
