Coachmans Cottage - Luxury Cottage Settle

Very nice, clean, comfy.

Only a minor issue, but the only channels available on the TV were Scottish BBC channels! Neither of us were able to access a TV Guide. It was not a problem.

Great location. Clean,spacious and beautifully decorated. Modern kitchen and bathroom. All you would need for a ‘home from home’ break. Wouldrecommend and stay again. Free parking permit appreciated.

Not being able to drop off belongings outside was inconvenient as we had bags with food/drink in (glad it wasn’t raining) - otherwise it was perfect.

Clean, fresh modern, nice furnishings with up to date facilities.

As others have mentioned, there is strictly no parking in the courtyard where the property is located. Loading and unloading is available in the nearby pay and display car park with charges between 9am-6pm. A parking permit is supplied at Greenfoot car park which is some distance away. This becomes very burdensome after a couple of days, and is not mentioned in the listing. The single beds are 70cm mattresses on 90cm frames and very narrow and thus uncomfortable for an adult. Basic kitchen equipment is somewhat limited (e.g. no teapot, minimal cutlery). During our stay a Mercedes van was parked across the main entrance door/windows.
