The property is available to those who are 12 years and older due to the twin attic room having low ceilings and a beam to step over.
Guests have access to the whole house. Please note, there are two steps immediately after entering the property, and the house is laid out over 3 floors.
Please note the twin bedroom has a beam to step over and low ceilings. Therefore this property is not available to under 12's.
