Roundabout Cottage

It was very convenient for the town of Settle& lots of walks from the door, very dog friendly too! Fab view from lounge window too.

Beds not very comfy & bedding a little tired looking.

This accommodation was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and clean. A really nice touch form our host to leave a pint of milk in the fridge, we arrived Sunday after the shops were closed and being able to have a cup of tea right away was bliss. We really enjoyed the views from the living room.

Great location near centre of Settle, always possible to park. Decent price.

Only a few minor quibbles: Could do with some more kitchen stuff, and central heating/hot water not always functional.

Light bright sitting room with lovely views.

The location was difficult to find as there appeared to be no roads leading to it on google maps. I left the car parked and walked to find it - at the very top end of High Hill Grove tucked away off the road. The staircase - There was a banister almost to the top but where the steps divided only a plastic child gate to hold on to and the final step into the sitting room was steeper than the rest. Mercifully I did not fall. The sofas were soft and low - difficult to rise from. Hard kitchen chairs, could do with cushions. The flat was too overlooked by neighbours, and had a shared entrance.
