This was a lovely and cosy property which had everything that we needed, great space management. Plenty of utensils and mod cons. Everthing was close by with shops on the street behind the house. We had a very nice stay.
Nothing at all, we really enjoyed this property and would stay again.

This was a great wee house. Very comfortable and fast broadband. Well equipped and nice decor. We were right beside shops and could walk to restaurants and pubs. I would stay again.
All good except that parking was a little tight outside.

The property we ended up staying in was fine but was not this property. The host called me 30 mins after check in time to say the property we had booked was storm damaged and he was relocating us to an ‘upgraded’ property and told me we ‘wouldn’t be charged extra’. If we had been contacted earlier I would have cancelled the trip.
I then had to contact him 2 times over 3 hours to get the check In info. I reminded the host at that point that we had requested a cot and asked if we could get it for the new property (which was agreed).
I contacted the host on arrival to say we had no toilet roll (which we went & got) and the host questioned me on how many people were staying and said I should have booked for my baby as it was a health and safety requirement, even though I had asked for a cot when booking. I assumed I would only have to book for a child if they were taking a bed. I felt this came across as just being annoyed with me having asked about the toilet roll. He also then text me to say they never got a chance to put a blind on the bathroom and I should hang a towel up to protect modesty. It was only the next morning in daylight we noticed that outside the wide open window was a neighbours window - which was embarrassing.
