Totally disappointed with the standard of the apartment furnishings. No internet connection or phone signal either.

Modern building but the apartment was well below expected standard. Hoover left lying in the hall directly infront of the front door. Bed sheets grim. Furnishings grim. Curtains torn in the living room. Cleanliness poor. Was given the wrong key code and soaked by the time we got in.

This is a fantastic apartment, very well decorated and loads of utilities. Right in the city centre and we can walk to everything. Very secure and free private parking. I will be staying here again.

No, stay at all and no information from Host.

We got a confirmation from bookings.com after putting in our credit card number, but never received instructions from the Host about how to access the parking garage or the building or the apartment. The keys were in some sort of lock box outside, but we had no way to find out which one was ours or how to get in. We called the phone number multiple times and left a message (it went straight to voicemail every time) email from bookings and texted the phone number as well. we booked the hotel about 8:30 PM and tried for more than three hours before, during an after dinner to reach someone and finally gave up, having to get a more expensive hotel at almost midnight. Pretty much ruined our plans for our only night in Belfast. We still haven’t heard from them.
