The neighborhood and the friendliness of the host. Very flexible to let me store luggage in the library at number 57 until I could check in
The neighbours downstairs putting on the TV really loudly in the morning. As it is hot weather with windows opened, it felt like the TV was in our room. Nothing that the host can do but if you are after a quiet spot, this is rather like everyone lives together.

Posizione comoda per esplorare il centro città e per parcheggiare l'auto. Vicino all'appartamento molti negozi e locali interessanti.
Tutto pulito tranne due cose: la doccia e il frigo. Considerando che il resto della casa era pulito con molta attenzione probabilmente è stata una svista.
