the owner was nice and brought us breakfast everyday to the room but we had to live early and he wanted to bring the breakfast late because it was weekend , so we had to skip it on Sunday because we had to leave at 0800 am . Also he gave us parking permission for the car to park in the street so that was perfect.

The appartment was on first floor and under it people sat in the street until 0200 am talking loud and we couldnt sleep. the shower is very small to stand in it and water were very hot or very cold .

Terzo letto scomodo e molto piccolo. Riscaldamento centralizzato e non regolabile. Bagno senza riscaldamento. Scale molto strette e assenza di ascensore. Televisione molto piccola.

Siamo stati una notte io e mio figlio. Parto dell'accoglienza davvero ottima da parte di Giovanni e della splendida Bice! Giovanni oste con lode!! Ti fa sentire a casa. La pulizia della stanza è ottima Quindi un plauso alla signora delle pulizie! La colazione servita in camera buona e abbondante. Consiglio vivamente questo b&b vicinissimo al centro di Parma e dotato di tutti i comfort Il prezzo assolutamente in linea con l'offerta! E poi ....la Bice che scodinzola vale il viaggio!!!!!!!! A presto Giulia ed Edoardo da Genova

B&B tres bien situé avec stationnement possible.

L’emplacement est parfait. Un peu de stress pour se rendre mais Giovanni a donné des indications très claires. Nous étions à quelques pas des intérêts de Parme.

Il y a eu confusion sur la climatisation de la chambre que nous avions choisie. Vérifiez bien si votre choix de chambre a la climatisation car à ce B&B il semble qu’une seule chambre n’ait pas la climatisation mais Booking ne l’indique pas clairement. Aussi beaucoup de bruit de rue la nuit ainsi qu’un bruit d’égouttement dont on n’a pas pu identifier la source. Le matelas du lit n’est pas du tout confortable.

Heerlijk, prima uitvalsbasis om in Parma te verblijven.

-balkon/terras aan achterzijde waarop ontbijt geserveerd werd was heerlijk. -rustig, geen straatlawaai -sfeer en kleuren/inrichting kamer met ouderwetse Italiaanse meubels -zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer met tips voor lokaal, niet al te toeristisch restaurantje -parkeren in de straat vlak voor het appartement mogelijk

Niets. Het is even lopen naar het centrum maar dat vonden we juist prettig.

Migliorerei il bagno, stretto e per certi versi non molto comodo.

Un po’ strano che il proprietario prenda la carta d’identità per tutto il soggiorno. Saponi pochi per il numero di persone e il boiler per chi non è abituato.

Très agréable

Le propriétaire vit dans l'immeuble et il est disponible, réactif et de bon conseil ! il parle bien français ! La chambre est très près du centre à pied et la rue est calme, on peut y garer assez facilement la voiture ( en avril !) Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux.

Il quartiere pur essendo molto vicino al centro e comodissimo è mal frequentato: costanti appostamenti sulle panchine di fronte, necessario chiudere tutti i balconi ogni volta che si esce (su richiesta della struttura).
