Fabulous apartment in the heart of Parma

Take in the scene from the incredible wraparound terrace.

The communication with the hosts was prompt, pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the fact that we were met at the apartment, rather than dealing with a lock box. The location of the apartment was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the train station, and practically next door to the historic center. The apartment itself was so comfortable, spacious and light -filled that it was difficult to leave. The wrap around terrace found us relaxing for aperitivo, or enjoying the marvelous spring sunshine. Having a washing machine sealed the deal.

The shower was the standard small European shower closet, so not really the fault of the host.

Gorgeous Apartment In Center

The apartment is stunning. The location is perfect. Loved the terrace and the artwork. I felt like I was visiting a friend. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room space welcoming. Both bathrooms were clean, functional and accommodating. Piera was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Direi un’esperienza top.

Hosts were amazing ensuring we were greeted and welcomed into the accomodation. The penthouse is sensational with views all around Parma. All traveller needs/details have been thought about for you to have a great and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again next time in Parma

An exceptional penthouse apartment with beautiful 180 degree views of Parma central. Close to train station and right in the heart of Parma. Host met us upon arrival and showed us all the amenities. The building has a lift!

The Lovliest and Most Comfortable Vacation Home You Could Ever Rent

Over the years, we have rented many holiday homes through Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, but have never had a stay as pleasant as we recently enjoyed at Le Tre Torri. Simply put, it is the absolute best. Piera is a wonderful host, dedicated to assuring that her guests are not only very comfortable but that they also experience the extraordinary cuisine that Parma is so well known for. She made us reservations at several restaurants and her choices were all excellent. In terms of Le Tre Torri, the pictures do not do justice to the spaciousness, comfort, and the fine furnishings of this lovely home. I can’t imagine ever renting any other place in Parma. If we were allowed to select a rating higher than a “10”, we would have done so in a heartbeat!

The perfect home away from home

I could NOT say enough positive things about this glorious stay. Checking in was seamless. The host arranged special reservations for my husband and I. Even when we wanted to stay in and have a movie, wine, and pizza night at home, it felt so cozy. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. There is no way I won't be back.

We stayed here on our honeymoon, and it was perfect for us! Not only were they great at communication, the property itself was adorable, uniquely furnished and so homey! It felt like an oasis after a few weeks of travel! We will for sure stay here again, but longer next time! :)

This was a great place for a short break away from work in a beautiful part of Italy

The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, very well equipped and the location was very central, just a 5 minute walk from the centre. The hosts were really great. Everything was ready and they also helped us by answering questions we had about what to do in the area.

The weather....it rained on the last two days. But seriously the apartment and the hosting were very good, no criticism and would recommend this place to family/friends

we loved everything about this property—gracious outstanding hosts (Grazie Piero and Vittorio), the apartment (gorgeous), perfect location—access to everything, facilities, food and snacks provided, quiet Inside despite business outside, amazing patios (we had picnic lunches most days thanks to the incredible prepared food and delis right down the street)

Vittorio was available even when we arrived really late the night of our check in. He was there to show us around and give us a small tour. So easy. The location is perfect in Parma. Right downtown! Big space for a whole family. We had me and my wife and my parents living comfortably in this great penthouse spot. Black out shutters are amazing as well for our 1 year old. Aaaand, our host was kind enough to purchase a crib for us before we came.

Un séjour confortable comme si nous avions toujours habité cette appartement

Tout ! Le confort de l’appartement( petit bémol pour le canapé un peu inconfortable) mais aussi de quoi faire notre petit déjeuner, de l’eau et même une bouteille de vin. Tous les produits de nettoyage y compris sopalin et papier toilette (assez rare !) . L’impression d’être chez soit donc une impression très agréable Et puis tout était propre de la vaisselle en passant par la poussière sur les meubles, bravo !
