Central 2BR Park Royal Apartment with Balcony and Parking

What we like most was the location it was a couple blocks up from Palace of Holyrood and Author's Seat (which we had a great view of). Big Bus tour makes a stop at Dymamic Earth which across from the apartment. The apartment was equipped with everything. It was very clean and spacious. It has a lift so no carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs. The apartment also has a washer/dryer combo and drying rack, which we loved, we didn't have to over pack our suitcases. There is a parking garage if you have your own car. While there is no air conditioning (the weather was perfect so didn't really need it), fans were provided for the 2 bedrooms. Just up a few blocks are restaurants and a small Tesco.

What we didn't like was having to go up to the next block to find the keys. Also the guide book for the apartment was not visible and didn't find it until the last morning we were there, it was tucked away with other things. It should have been on the door entry table or kitchen counter.

The property is perfectly located and made for a very comfortable stay. The host was extremely proactive, sharing clear instructions before arrival and departure well in advance. Apartment had a booklet with details on all amenities nearby and step by step instructions for equipment usage. The apartment was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with sufficient utensils provided. A delightful surprise was the well-stocked collection of spices in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and the washrooms were clean and hygienic. Overall, a well-equipped and thoughtfully managed property.

Well set up. There were a few useful consumables like salt & pepper & some herbs & spices, which are a lovely touch. We had everything we needed to host our local friends for dinner. Balcony with table & chairs was delightful, as we had some very sunny days and could make use of it. Cleanliness.

I slept in bedroom 2. The quilt was very thick - we removed the cover from the sheet to sleep under the quilt cover as it was hot.
