The property was in a great location to explore around town.

Perfect for us - location was fab. 10 minutes walk to the train station and close to the Holyrood end of the Royal Mile Facilities were excellent and the beds extremely comfortable
The shower wasn’t very good, however the owner arranged for it to be replaced so should be fine now

The location is perfect! Close to everything! The flat was nicely decorated and the kitchen was very nicely appointed also- we had everything we needed.
The shower is definitely in need of new grout and there were some loose tiles as well. The ceiling light fixture in the middle bedroom was also just hanging from the electrical wires (a definite fire concern). The security locks on all the windows were also rather excessive, making it difficult to get fresh air.

The apartment location is very nice, close to the city and everything is in walking distance. Free parking is a huge plus
I will never understand how in 2025 you can provide so slow internet. It was basically ADSL with 100kb. Doing anything was pretty much impossible. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like oil, salt and more glasses/cups for a family. Everything was a bit squeeky and dated. The host did not return our deposit for 3 weeks until requesting it manually, be aware of this
