Very spacious property in excellent location for visiting Quebec and surrounding area. Inside renovation is nice considering the age of the property. Coffee provided was appreciated.

Outside of the property really needs some maintenance as it does affect your first impression. Outside staircase needs attention. One small bathroom for a family of 4 was ok, but if you are a group of 8 it wouldn’t be adequate. Need some lights in bunk room.

The location is well situated not far from Quebec City center and other main attraction (waterfall). The property appears old and warn on the outside however the inside was nicely renovated, very comfortable and very clean with all the required amenities.

The WIFI did not work for the 2 nights we were there. Since I had a very generous data plan, it did not impact me very much and my guests were able to hotspot onto my phone to access internet however it also meant no TV. The owner did contact the service provider however, our stay was short, so we had no wifi for the time we were there.

They should change the bunk bed. Not sturdy and was not cleaned

Le manque de luminosité, de lampes à disposition notamment dans le salon ( nous sommes arrivés le soir et avec la peinture marron des murs, la table et chaises à manger noires et la nuit tombée c’était affreusement sombre et peu accueillant. En plus de cela mais pour le coup le propriétaire n’y peut rien nous avions un engins de travaux publics juste devant notre porte, et je n’ai pas eu de retour à ma question posée à ce sujet à l’agence ( les travaux commencent ils tôt le matin?) la repose était oui!
