The Royal d'Antan 8 people Parking

The location is well situated not far from Quebec City center and other main attraction (waterfall). The property appears old and warn on the outside however the inside was nicely renovated, very comfortable and very clean with all the required amenities.

The WIFI did not work for the 2 nights we were there. Since I had a very generous data plan, it did not impact me very much and my guests were able to hotspot onto my phone to access internet however it also meant no TV. The owner did contact the service provider however, our stay was short, so we had no wifi for the time we were there.

Modern and good location

They should change the bunk bed. Not sturdy and was not cleaned

Casa independiente, muy tranquila, limpia, cómoda y buen equipada. El wiwfi funciona muy bien.

Las almohadas son muy altas. El suelo cruje mucho y se molesta a los vecinos. Tiene cerradura electrónica con clave y no tiene llave física. La cerradura falló y nos quedamos con 3 niños pequeños 1 hora en la puerta sin poder entrar. No había dueño disponible solo empresa intermediaria que la única solución que nos dio fue que lo intentaramos una y otra vez y así una hora.

Appliances and furniture were new, also the bathroom and kitchen island and dining table. Place was clean and beds were very comfy. Ancient place but has a rustic country cottage charm. Location is awesome with a grocery store and a small strip plaza across the street. We also appreciate the spacious parking in the back.

Because the property is ancient, the floors creak when you walk and doors and window shutters creak and don’t close tight or open easily. Deal breakers were the dilapidated paint, towels that smell half-washed and the place was so dark. Nothing like the bright and airy photos in the posting. Windows are condemned and can’t be opened to let air in. Entrance door blinds were dilapidated and we had to use a towel to cover it. The radiator heater fins are also in need of dire cleaning.
