Assez grand, spacieux, à proximité des chutes de Montmorency (8 min à pieds en passant par le chemin de l ancienne voie ferrée), deux WC dont un au réa de chaussée.
Un peu éloigné de la ville ( un bon 20min en voiture)

l exterieur de la maison est tres vétuste et limite dangereux( clou qui dépasse)

la proximité des lieux à visiter (les chutes de Montmorency+l'Ile d'Orléans+Québec city) l'espace de vie (salon salle à manger et cuisine) était correct à l'intérieur
la vaisselle sale en arrivant- l'impression d'étouffer avec les brises-vues sur la terrasse ce qui nous obligeait à allumer la lumière tout au long de la journée- et après avoir enlever les draps en partant, la saleté des oreillers et des alèses nous a vraiment choqué....
