The apartment was very clean and had nearby restaurants (especially Doner kebab places that were tasty). has a washer and drying rack (beware the normal setting on the washer ran for almost 2.5 hours). has a lift. close to the train station. the balcony is nice.
the paperwork for this place was a challenge to do in advance on our phones. we had to sign a 10 page contract without being able to read it in advance. once we got a copy, there were all kinds of rules - if you don't sort the trash, they will charge 50 E. if you take a "bath sponge" (we never figured out what that even was), the charge will be 35 E. You need to set a time to get the keys from the host - we arrived a little early and messaged the host, but needed to wait until the designated time (that was our fault though). the biggest issue was the street noise - there were glass recycling trucks going up and down the street at midnight. at 1 AM, someone was screaming in the street. at 6 am, lots of cars and we assume street cleaners going by. Also the bathroom handle kept falling off, the key wouldn't lock the door once you were inside and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work
