Terribile

This place is not safe, unclean, and the way the host handled the situation was completely unprofessional. I strongly advise other guests to stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, we had a very disturbing experience at this apartment. During the night, the gas detector went off multiple times and the electricity failed twice. We left the apartment early because we didn’t feel safe. On top of that, the apartment was very dirty upon arrival. The floors, bathroom, and kitchen appliances were filthy. At first, the host’s relative told us they would refund the remaining nights if we marked the case as resolved on Booking, but once we did, they never issued the refund. Later, the host himself called and was extremely rude and dismissive, laughing at us and saying the gas detector was just a „cheap device from China“ and there were “no security issues”. Booking thankfully reopened the case and told us they would remove the listing. We also reported the property to Airbnb.

Good Accomodation

My family particularly loved the location in which the B&B is situated. It was in the middle of the city centre which made it extremely accessible to use transports such the Metro and Bus. In addition, the B&B was completely clean and quite organised. It had most of the facilities. Moreover, the neighbourd was tranquil and calm which exceeded my expectation. Excellent accomodation. Definetely recommend!!

I wished there was free Wifi and microwave.

No kettle for tea making. No hot water at first but sorted out very efficiently.

La disponibilità dell'host ,la posizione centrale e comoda a metro e stazione fs. l'essenzialita' ma al tempo stesso la completezza dei servizi messi a disposizione ( bellissima doccia, angolo cottura ,lavatrice e lavastoviglie)

I due pisni di scale ma in una casa del centro sono inevitabili!
