The best value for money apartment that I've ever stayed in

Mirco and Lina were lovely and very friendly. It was easy to communicate with them via Whatsapp and therefore very simple to organise the check-in/out. The apartment is very accessible and much bigger than what I was expecting - every room is so spacious! It has all of the facilities that you need, even for longer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped and I very much enjoyed making my coffee every morning with the Moka :) The garage for the car is very convenient - we had a Fiat 500X and the size was just about right. If you have a bigger car you can use the car parking from the supermarket which is just outside the property. There's some restaurants nearby including a pizza place just next door but we didn't manage to try any of them. With a car, you can easily access Brescia, Lake Iseo and Lake Garda so the location is perfect. Will definitely reserve it again if we're back in the area!

All the rest was good

The host was rude, he accused us of destroying the wall in the bedroom, but we did not do it! When we were doing the check out, we checked the bedroom together and there was no damage, later on he started with the accusation. I recommend you to stay away from this host!

Otthonos, tiszta és minden hasznos dologgal felszerelt.

Nagyon jól felszerelt, tiszta, otthonos. Csak átutazóban voltunk a családdal és egy éjszakát aludtunk itt, de több napot is szívesen eltöltenénk még. A szállásadótól részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk a belépéshez, minden rendben és könnyen ment.

A kanapé alvásra nem a legkényelmesebb, de egy éjszakára megfelelt. A hálószobában viszont kényelmes a franciaágy.

Quisiera que está reseña sirva para que futuras personas se piensen alquilar este alojamiento. El apartamento tiene un salón-cocina, un baño y un dormitorio. Lo primero que notas al entrar es un olor muy muy desagradable que después de 4 noches, ventilar y comprar ambientador no pudimos eliminar. La cocina no tiene microondas ni tostadora (electrodomésticos muy necesarios para un viajero). Tiene fogones y un horno con mucha suciedad que no te atreves a meter alimentos. Además no tienes fuentes de horno que puedas fregar y utilizar, solamente la que viene con el horno que está muy sucia. Campana extractora llena de grasa. De menajes justito. El abrebotellas, roto con lo cual no puedes abrirte ni una botella de vino. Muy decepcionante, pues alquilas un apartamento y no tienes las ventajas del mismo. El cuarto de baño es muy grande pero tiene una ducha diminuta de 1x1 Además el sumidero traga mal el agua. La habitación es amplia pero tiene a menos de un metro la carretera por donde pasa mucho trafico y gente y no está bien insonorizado. Imposible dormir tranquilamente ni abrir la ventana. El aire acondicionado está en el pasillo y por tanto no enfría bien habitación ni salón. Todo lo mencionado demuestra que a la dueña le importa muy poco el bienestar de sus clientes, únicamente hacer caja. Por último el parking es cerrado y tan pequeño que no cabe un coche mediano (parece más un trastero). Por tanto, todos los que leáis este comentario buscad otra alternativa si no querés arrepentiros.

per dormire la camera è direttamente sulla strada purtroppo e c'era davvero tanto rumore e macchine che sfrecciano a tutte le ore.....
