A great place to stay in Brescia

Everything was just fine -- the apartment is perfectly equipped, you will find all you need and even more. Also a very friendly and helpful host Eva, whom I would like to thank again for her hospitality. The apartment is nicely decorated and looks cool. The metro station is in 3 minutes of walk, which is very convenient.

My one and only disappointment were the towels (the blue ones) which were not fresh.

A perfect little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

Eva is a fantastic host. She welcomes you to the property and shows you around all the facilities. She has designed the apartment herself and I loved the style. It is only a 2 minute walk from the Volta metro stop so it is really easy to get into the centre. There are supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby too. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, it felt like I was at home. It is a rooftop apartment, and the area is really quiet, so you can open the windows and hear the birds sing in the morning.

This property had no negative points, I loved it and I wish I could have stayed longer. I will certainly go back!

Very good location to visit Brescia and surrounding, comfortable and well equipped

Good location - close to the metro and bus stop, but behind the yard, so the traffic noise doesn't bother. Half an hour on foot to the very center of the old town; nearest shopping mall: 600m, some bars and pizzerias in close neighbourhood. Free parking along the street or in the yard; we had no problems with finding the place to park. Short video from the link provided by host shows clearly, how to get to the apartment. The apartment was perfectly clean and very well equipped, inluding all necessary kitchen stuff (not only microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, but also basic spices, olive oil, coffe capsules and some sweets :-)), toilet paper, even shower gel. There was a good contact with the host, and she was very helpful - thanks, Eva :-)

The bed in the living room could be more comfortable; yet it is acceptable.

Good location with supermarkets nearby. Wonderfully equipped apartment and we managed to cook a nice meal of stew in the kitchen. I loved the unique decoration with numbers everywhere and we spent a lot of time trying to figure out what they meant! The bed was very comfortable but since it's a loft, people just need to be a bit more careful about the headroom. Communication with our host was very clear and she responded quickly via the platform, and waited for us to arrive to pass us the keys.

Slightly confusing to find the entrance to the apartment (a few flights of steps and turns) when you are in a rush but there are signs put up to help you.

One of the best apartment ever!

Lovely apartment, stylish furniture, very clean, well equipped, with a personal welcome message! Self check-in was very practical, because we arrived late at night. The host was very kind. We will surely return when travelling through Brescia.

Great stay in the beautiful city of Brescia

Eva is an excepcional host. She provided us with all kind of necessary information and was very caring during our stay. We travelled with small 2 kids and she even borrowed us her son‘s bike. The appartment is not big but it is very confortable and the decoration is super nice, with a lot of details! Grazie Eva!

Very good stay. We recommend.

We booked very short notice, but got a fast reply from the host. The flat is very cute, one can see that there was some thought put in the design. All the amenities needed were available: coffee machine, cooking facilities, fridge, hot water kettle. The flat was very clean and we felt like home.

As written in the description, it's not really walking distance from the main interest area in Brescia, but there's public transportation close by, so not a bit inconvenient.

Fantastica permanenza per Natale a Brescia

Fantastico alloggio, arredato in maniera deliziosa e accogliente. Appartamento caldo e dotato di tutto (c’è anche tutto per la colazione eventualmente). Eva una host meravigliosa come poche sé ne trovano. Gentilissima, disponibile e carinissima in tutto e per tutto. La posizione è un must, a poca distanza da centro, metro e ingresso tangenziale/autostrada. Nei dintorni c’è tutto (bar, market, etc). Parcheggio sempre disponibile in zona tranquilla. Rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico! Super consigliato. Grazie mille Eva se dovessimo avere ancora bisogno di un alloggio a Brescia sappiamo già dove andare. 🤩

Destaquem la predisposició de l'amfitriona

L'apartament és correcte de mida, còmode i amb molts detalls. Cal destacar l'amabilitat i la predisposició de l'amfitriona que davant del problema de que es va espatllar la rentadora ens va ajudar i solucionar el problema amb molta diligència. Ubicació correcta si vols visitar els voltants, però lluny del centre.

Ubicació si vols visitar el centre de Brescia (necessari cotxe tant sí com no). Parament de cuina una mica escàs. Pel que fa a l'accessibilitat, cal pujar 3 pisos (no hi ha ascensor), i per això no és per totes les famílies.
