Very good location, right in the center of Brescia. Nice old building, very good looking apartment with everything necessary inside.

Maybe the narrow doors, but in fact this is due to the size of tourist...and it is an historical building after all...

Comfortable and great location

Lovely apartment. Warm, comfortable beds. True there is no kitchen, but there are plenty of utensils. Easy check in and communication. Great Location.

It would be nice if the TV had netflix/disney etc.

Old town Delight

It was a huge space with large main loving/dinning area, large queen bed in huge bed room, a large outdoor terrace. There is a second bedroom.with a single bed also. The terrace was furnished so dully usable It is located in the heart of the old town and yet still quiet. Just 50 meters from the front door were many great little restaurants for us to choose from. Also you are extremely close to the path to the castle and the ruins and the main square.

Due to architecture the doors are very small - no problem but needs to be considered when traveling with large/oversize bags.

Appartamento storico davvero bello e piacevole

Appartamento storico molto bello e ben conservato, pulito e in una posizione centralissima, tutte le attrazioni principali del centro storico infatti si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti. Una menzione d’onore va al terrazzo, davvero stupendo. Prezzo super onesto!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Brescia!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer, netter Balkon. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen, dazu vollkommen problemlose Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Zu bedenken ist, dass die Wohnung keine eigene Küche hat, aber der Gastgeber stellt Geschirr und einen Kühlschrank bereit.

Consigliatissimo.

Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha inviato istruzioni chiarissime sullo check-in e check-out via whatsapp. All'interno c'erano anche cartelli che spiegavano riguardo l'acqua calda in bagno, come anche indirizzi utili (pronto soccorso, polizia, ecc.), in italiano ed inglese. L'appartamento è molto bello, gradevole e comodo, con un bagno e doccia, un salotto e due camere da letto; non aveva un'angolo cucina, ma c'erano una macchina x il caffè in capsule (incluse, anche se non decaffeinate) ed un piccolo frigo, quindi è possibile fare colazione (se arrivate in loco prima della chiusura serale dei negozi). C'è anche un piccolo terrazzino con 2 tavolini e sedie pieghevoli, per il bel tempo. Si chiama "il Cortiletto" perché per entrare si deve prima passare da un piccolo cortiletto comune. Se siete fortunati, potreste adocchiare un gatto più bianco che nero e pure molto schivo. Se siete gattari, anche un gattone arancio molto affabile e socievole. È anche MOLTO centrale, ma le finestre riescono ad attutire il rumore dei turisti e della 'movida' bresciana.

Sarò io che non ci capisco di termostati, ma avrei gradito delle istruzioni x regolare la temperatura... :)
