Palazzetto Vittoria _ F&L Apartment Brescia

The following are the positive aspects: The street is quiet; all attractions and grocery stores are in close proximity. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped with basic necessities.

The negative aspects are as follows: The furniture is slightly outdated, block-out blinds are needed in the bedroom and the bathroom requires modernization. The street entrance door lock is problematic and makes the door difficult to close without slamming it hard. Noise emanating from neighboring units is also a nuisance. Even more disruptive though is the very loud water pump located below the unit.

Light on stairs does not stay on long enough and as there are no windows to light the area, my wife fell and fractured her ankle. This is still a problem. Generally grubby and tired. Shower area was unclean Mirror light not even wired up and too far away from sink. Dirty broken tiles around the side of sink which is also too far back from the edge. Welcome pack is a toilet roll, a sponge and washing up liquid. One small bottle of water was left in the kitchen and no other basics or cleaning items. Tap was very loose. Curtains in bedroom are too small and lights outside are on all night. One of the pillows had blood stains on the cover.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. The host was responsive when we asked for extra sheets/blankets.

It was a bit hard to find the apartment. Instructions should have been more clear.

The location is very convenient for city center access, and the studio is in good state—great value for money.

It is really impractical to air the studio that has windows facing the inner yard during the hot time of the year. This means that the air in the studio was stale. Additionally, the towel rack is small and hung low, so that the towels don't dry fast enough.

that it was too shiny in apartment especially in morning, maybe some darker curtains from IKEA will solve the problem, to not wake up so early in summer time

Very good

Was very close to centre so suited our purpose to visit Miglia. Cleanliness exceptional. Host very responsive although having had confirmation cereal and milk to be left at property none were available on arrival but quickly resolved after contact. All in all great stay.

Beautiful flat in great location

Beautiful flat in great location, Netflix on the TV was great for my daughter as we don’t speak Italian and we could switch it to English. Very comfy bed, lots of space and nice kitchen. I was also able to get late checkout (for 20euros) on short notice, thank you!

There was no oil and salt to cook with in the kitchen. For someone new to Brescia, it’s also a little overwhelming having to bring out your trash and put it in the right containers with the card. The information about where the nearest containers are was missing.

Brescia

The apartment is on a very central location. Easy to reach it from the train station. For the cars - there's an option to park on the streets but is a challenge to find a place. There's a parking house in the near, just 50 meters away. All sightseeings are walking distance, same for the shops, cafes, restaurants. The train station is also in 10 minutes walking distance and is very good connected to the near cities (also possible to reach lake Garda for 15 minutes by train) The organization of the ckeck-in and out was very easy done, no problems ar all. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, have everything you need for your stay and was very clean. We can only recommend the place and also the city.

Very good

The room was clean and modern and perfectly located between the railway station and old town.

I didn't like the repeated emails from the management company before arrival demanding we check in online. The shower was not hot and needs a new shower head. The washing machine is described as being in the kitchen but is in a communal room. We were told to clean the kitchen before leaving but there were no tea towels to dry anything. We stayed for 3 nights but we're only given two coffee sachets and 1 toilet roll.

È stato magnifico la mia esperienza fin dall'inizio! Dal primo momento che la mia riserva è stata ricevuta da loro, Subito sono stata contattata tramite WhatsApp con molta cordialità, gentilezza e educazione (cosa rara nei giorni attuali), Per chiedermi miei dati e la mia documentazione di identità, e una volta fornito tutto, me l'anno girato un testo spiegando con molto dettagli come e cosa fare, e lo seguita attentamente e nessun problema ho avuto. Quando apro l'appartamento, mi viene subito la sensazione di "accoglienza", di "Pace e tranquillità" che io avevo bisogno. Molto bello e molto curato. Hai tutto nuova, anche gli utensili sono nuovi e curati, nulla di distrutto e vecchio, anzi.... La parte più bella per me, è la Zona! Molto servita, con la Piazza Vittorio proprio a 2 passe.... STATO DAVVERO UNA MAGNIFICA ESPERIENZA PER ME E SICURAMENTE CI TORNERÒ.

L'unica dettaglio che mi l'hai fatto dare mio voto a 8, È stato l'odore forte della doccia che viene proprio dall'oscarico della in doccia. E la pulizia aveva bisogno di più attenzioni, e infatti Lo rifiata io, per bene come piace a me , E tutto questo, vi ho comunicato con molta gentilezza a loro amministratori.... Ma ripeto: Per il resto tutto perfetto.

La ubicación

Para cerrar la puerta de la entrada al palazzo hay que literal, golpearla! provocando ruidos molestos cada vez que alguien entraba. El baño es incomodo (espejo del lavabo nada práctico y posición del excusado,en la ventana! ademas tenía desperfecto y nos veiamos obligados a cerrar la llave de paso del.agua) La luz se nos fue cuando usamos la tetera y cargabamos 2 celulares . EL ANFITRIÓN NUNCA RESPONDIÓ UNA PREGUNTA SIMPLE: PODIAMOS DEJAR MALETAS ANTES O DESPUES DEL CHEK IN? RESPUESTA "LAMENTAMOS NO CONTAR CON ESE SERVICIO PERO PUEDEN HACERLO EN LA STAZIONE dei TRENI", asi de simple pero parece que uno como cliente no merece ni una respuesta breve.

Poco equipado y mantenido

La ubicación es excelente, a unos diez minutos a pie de la estación de tren y a pocos pasos de la Piazza Vittoria, en pleno centro, y donde hay dos supermercados muy bien surtidos. Gran cantidad de servicios en los alrededores.

En el apartamento Moretto los enseres de cocina son escasos: no hay platos pequeños ni cucharillas de postre, solo dos tazas, el cazo con el mango casi suelto (peligroso cuando contiene líquido muy caliente), no había sal, tuvimos que pedir una tostadora, pues figuraba en el listado de equipamiento pero no había ... Las almohadas son muy incómodas. En el baño, la ducha estaba rota, perdía agua a chorro tanto por el tubo como por la cabeza, lo cual hacía las duchas muy incómodas (avisamos y nos pidieron un vídeo y fotos, pero no lo arreglaron). La cisterna del wc perdía agua constantemente, también lo avisamos, pero al final tuvimos que cerrar la llave de paso y abrirla cada vez que la usábamos. No recomiendo este apartamento ni repetiría.

Brescia....sempre una piacevole scoperta!

La persona con la quale ho dialogato per chiedere se fosse possibile il check in anticipato è stata molto cortese e mi ha accontentato. E' stato possibile poi lasciare il bagaglio in agenzia, e la ragazza che mi ha accolto è stata gentilissima. La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima, si poteva raggiungere con una breve passeggiata dalla stazione ferroviaria ed era vicino anche al centro.

L'appartamento che mi é stato assegnato si trovava al primo piano, senza ascensore, buio nonostante le due finestre che però davano su un cortile interno e sicuramente non insonorizzato. Il bagno era senza finestra e con una curiosa posizione del bidet, per usufruire del quale bisognava "scavalcarlo". Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare, oltre alla bottiglietta d'acqua, molto gradita, ed alle capsule del caffè anche qualche bustina di the o tisana e dei tovaglioli. Discorso a parte per i coltelli che, avendo la seghettatura solo in punta, non mi hanno consentito ti sbucciare neppure una mela, di conseguenza ho dovuto comprarne uno. Consiglio inoltre una pulizia più approfondita del bollitore perche' i pezzi di calcare giacenti sul fondo cadevano nella tazza che si utilizzava.

Mancavano le coperte aggiuntive I guanciali in più erano solo 2, e non quanti gli ospiti che invece erano 3, ed erano alquanto sporchi e privi di federa. Il termosifone del bagno non era funzionante

Va bene per chi viaggia per una toccata e fuga

La posizione ottima

Camere interna con affaccio su un cortile molto rumoroso senza insonorizzazione, e senza aria condizionata , letto e cuscini scomodi , un peccato per una struttura del genere al centro di Brescia per il costo sostenuto .
