A reasonable property to stay

Host was nice and he allowed us to check in a bit earlier. So that is a big plus. Airconditioning was also good and there was a free parking place where we could park our car. There were reasonable amount of plates, glasses and cups were present.

First-floor bathroom needs some attention. Water leaks from the shower cabin even when the door is properly closed. The shower cabin door handle was loose and eventually came off. The towel stand near the sink is also loose and cannot hold the weight of a towel. Living room dining table is very old and shaky. There was only one medium size pot available and one small frying pan. The apartment has three floors: the ground floor with a living room and kitchen, the first floor with an open bedroom (no door), and another open bedroom on the second floor. We had to go up and down quite a lot, which was a bit inconvenient. Not very recommended for old and people with small children. It is also in a last corner of Lonato so if you do not come by car, i do not think, this place will be a good choice. I expected the washing machine to be inside the apartment, but it was actually in a shared area, and you have to wait until it’s free. There was also a dryer, but it was always in use.

LM was a great apartment to spend two nights whilst exploring Lake Garda area.

The apartment was excellent, good size and good facilities. The self check in was easy to manage, the provision of towels was very good and air conditioning worked very well for the warm days there

wifi worked very well on ground level but not so well for the first floor main bedroom or the second floor second bedroom (suggest a booster needs to be included). Car parking can be a little tight depending on how other guests park their cars.

Calm place, not far from highway. Enough space for 4 people.

Owner didn’t allowed to park inside territory to unload our luggage( and it was a small scorpion in our bed, but we where lucky and it didn’t hurt us)

There were no problems picking the keys after check-in time. That was very important for our family, since we were arriving late from Gardaland. Appartment is renovated with style. It was clean and functional. It has private parking and 2 bathrooms!

Clean apartment, well furnished. Near a very cheap gas station about 1km.

Bad address in Google maps, can not be searched by the name of the accommodation listed on Booking.com. The branch is very inconspicuous. I recommend better marking the branch. Apartment 2 floors, the whole is connected. If someone is talking or snoring, it can be heard throughout the apartment. The buckle was missing despite the description. Accommodation has a large yard. It is not possible to park in the yard even for the purpose of unloading a suitcase. Parking is about 250m away.

Personnes très accueillantes. Le propriétaire fait tout pour rendre le séjour parfait. L’appartement est très propre et bien aménagé : il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Il faisait bien chaude, exactement comme nous l'avons demandé. La literie est très confortable. Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Se devo trovare qualche aspetto da migliorare, aggiungerei un ulteriore specchio (nell'armadio o al piano di sotto) e una tenda per oscurare le finestre e la porta anche nel soggiorno/cucina: per chi dorme nel divano letto, la luce del sole può essere un problema!
